Documents collected by Sugden concerning Gravesend residents Albert and John Terhune, Isaac Emmans, and Samuel Hubbard. Also included are the wax impression of the seal of the Kings County Surrogate; and a scrapbook of news clippings, leaflets, and drawings of Long Island, particularly Flushing, and of Brooklyn, especially Williamsburg. Some of the original drawings are by Sugden.
